Haven't been there yet but looks like a great addition to the neighborhood.

Are there really any other bars in the area ?

The Nu Bar brunch experiment has been changed-my assumption is that they were getting hammered on the 'all you can drink for $10' deal . . .

I still got a great platter of chorizo/egg breakfast tacos and a couple of spicy and stiff $5 Bloodies today, so it's still a great go-to place on a Sunday. And they're now open at 1 rather than 12 on Sunday, although they graciously let me in at 12:30 today.

Unannounced bar special last night-two bacon wrapped, blue cheese stuffed sliders (but quite large) with a small pot of bright, crunchy slaw and two crisply fried rice balls-$10! Hit the spot!

I rode my bike by last night and there were two people inside. I do hope it is as good as others are saying and those beers would certainly serve well for me.

I am hoping to stop by on Sunday to watch some NFL and partake in what they have. However, I fear that this is the kiss of death as that is what I said about the last place and it was gone just before I got there...

It'll be around. This time the building and license owner is fully committed and involved; he's been there most of the times we've stopped by. They also have Yuengling on tap.

Yuengling?!?! I wasn't born in Philthadelphia!

I kid, Yuengling works sometimes...

I'll definitely be trying it out Sunday. I'll probably catch some of the Giants game and the Pats game, if my neighbor joins.

I finally made it there as well. I had a great meal and the beers were sick. I am happy to have something in the area I can run to when I need a drink or some inexpensive tapas. I wish this place the best. Cheers!

Been there several times now. Have to say the atmosphere is really nice, the staff is super nice (Brittany the bartender is super sweet), and the food is pretty good. They should try to maintain consistency in quality of food, but must say they are putting in a good effort at trying.

This is a great addition to a growing neighborhood.

I'm curious what beer they have on tap and in bottle. I may try to check them out sometime. If it is any good, I hope it sticks around longer than the last two places...

I guess we'll see how long this one lasts... The last two placed came and went before I had a chance to try them.

Maybe they're just very fashionable peas?

We went there last night, had really good food and draft beer, and a very reasonable tab. Highly recommended!

So this is the Latest incarnation, previously Torch House and before that, M.A.E.?
I just cleaned out a pocketbook from whenever I used it last, found a CC receipt from MAE for $127.00. Good times. Not sure I could drink that much Yuengling now.
Good luck!
