Re: Hoboken Train Crash

I think the Driver was on a suicide mission. Because passengers on the first car said his door was open, could mean anything from just opening the door or it was something else. Since the passenger said it was unusual of the driver to do so. IT has never been done before. But didn't mind the view of what the driver sees, so he didn't pay it no mind. Then the driver sped as he was approaching what it should be a slow and decelerating stop. Because another passenger said she did not feel the driver was breaking and he acted nothing was wrong.

That train sped up as it approaches the terminal. You cannot speed beforehand because the train has to go to series of turns before it reaches the Hoboken Terminal. So at it turns to the terminal the train speeded. The question is why? Passengers didn't hear the breaks. NJT workers are saying that there's a dead man's pedal where if the Conductor has a medical issue or can't break it breaks it for them.

NJ police captain says some Muslims did celebrate on 9/11

Some Muslims in New Jersey did celebrate the 9/11 terror attacks during rooftop and street parties until they were broken up by the cops, a new report said Monday.

There were at least two celebrations and likely more, with men shouting ?Allahu Akbar? and women chanting in Arabic, NJ.com reported.

ADVERTISING

?Some men were dancing, some held kids on their shoulders,? said retired Jersey City police Capt. Peter Gallagher, who responded to the scene after numerous 911 calls from outraged residents.

?The women were shouting in Arabic and keening in the high-pitched wail of Arabic fashion. They were told to go back to their apartments since a crowd of non-Muslims was gathering on the sidewalk below and we feared for their safety.?

Gallagher said he cleared a rooftop celebration of up to 30 people at 6 Tonnele Ave., a four-story apartment building with a view of Lower Manhattan, after the second tower fell.

Another witness said he saw a celebration on John F. Kennedy Boulevard, a main thoroughfare in the city.

?When I saw they were happy, I was pissed,? said Ron Knight, 56, who also heard cheers of ?Allahu Akbar? ? ?God is great? ? from a crowd of about 20 people that morning.

Residents also placed numerous 911 calls complaining about Muslims partying on a rooftop at a third location, three cops told the website.

Donald Trump created a storm of controversy when he said that ?thousands and thousands? of Muslims celebrated the attacks on the Twin Towers

But NJ.com said Gallagher ? described by former colleagues as a respected professional ? and other witnesses confirmed the celebrations, if not their size.

And the FBI took several residents of the building where Gallagher was into custody in the following days, according to neighbors and a story at the time in The Star-Ledger, though it was unclear if they were ever charged with a crime.

Carlos Ferran, 60, a neighbor of Knight, was on his way to buy some beer when he saw the gathering on the sidewalk.

?Some of them had their hands in the air,? Ferran said. ?They were happy.?

Jersey City Mayor Steven Fulop, one of many politicians who blasted Trump after the remarks, still denied that celebrations took place despite the eyewitness accounts.

?There are no records of this, and over time, what has happened is that it has become urban legend in many cities where people say they heard or saw something,? Fulop told the website.

Often times landlord just do cosmetics and not gut the place when it's water damaged. When Sandy hit that area was hit badly.

Definitely, get someone to check for molds in your building. ASAP.

If problem is only contained in your building, could it be mold related?

I recently feel very ill (going on 4 months now) and have seen various doctors with no diagnosis being made...

After talking to a neighbor in my building I learned she is having the exact symptoms as me. In addition, there are a couple others we learned near the VVP area experiencing extremely similar symptoms!

Perhaps it's a very odd coincidence, but I wanted to open the floor and see if anyone else has been dealing with sudden on-set major health issues the past few months.

Feel free to PM if you don't want to publicly share what is going on.

Thanks so much for reading!

CCTV is a great idea but we can't do that here because many people including the progressives and liberals who posts on JC List will complain about invasion of privacy. (rolls-eyes)

Then we should do what they do in the UK, Australia and many European cities where they flood the area with CCTV.

We should also have CCTV fitted to every home and dash cams for every car. This will void the need for witnesses and the footage captured will act as true image of what took place.

Once it is delivered to the police and if a set time has transpired with no action, the video provider could then pass it onto the media!

There are technical checks that can be used to ensue no-one has tampered with the footage thus securing its authenticity - noting that even police are being questioned if they witness a crime !!

How do you explain the triple suicide bombing in Chad today?
It was 3 women ISIS suicide bombers , by the way. Chad is not a Westernized country either. And don't forget Libya was attacked by ISIS a day before the Paris attack. I don't recall Libya is a Western Country as well.

This is very chilling .... (no doubt there are some posting here are supporters but that's another topic)

300 American ISIS Supporters Help Islamic State Recruitment, Propaganda On Twitter

No fewer than 300 American sympathizers are helping the Islamic State terrorist group recruit potential members and spread propaganda via Twitter, according to a new report from George Washington University's Program on Extremism. The report drew on court records, media reports, interviews and other sources to find that U.S. supporters of the group, aka ISIS, ?spasmodically create accounts that often get suspended in a never-ending cat-and-mouse game.?

The FBI has increased its surveillance of known ISIS supporters in the U.S. since terrorist attacks claimed 130 lives in Paris last month. 56 Americans have been arrested on ISIS-related charges this year, the Wall Street Journal reported, and concern about the group's influence has grown since ISIS expanded its breadth of attacks. Now, in a report published Tuesday, researchers have pointed out hundreds of Twitter users based in the U.S. who are helping ISIS spread its message, including a number who ?cultivated and later strengthened their interest in ISIS' narrative through face-to-face relationships.?

Researchers tracked users by using Twitter's geolocating tools, analyzing their use of language or cultural references and found many who self-identified as Americans, either in their Twitter handle or in their conversations. Roughly one-third were women, and both sexes tended to use black flags or other ISIS iconography in their avatars. Experts warned that while not all of those identified pose threats to U.S. national security, American ISIS supporters tend to congregate in small cells that are difficult for authorities to identify.

The countries where ISIS finds support, in two charts

The San Bernardino, Calif., massacre is bringing even more attention to Islamic State?s frighteningly rapid global growth, and where around the world it has found traction ? not just in terms of territory gained, but in support.

Even with many details of the case still unknown, law-enforcement officials see a chilling terror danger from extremist sympathizers who, unnoticed by authorities, are able to amass deadly arsenals to attack vulnerable gatherings anywhere in the U.S., writes the Wall Street Journal.

A study out of the Brookings Institution used Twitter to shine some light on this, comparing the countries where tweets from ISIS supporters originate. The study dealt with a sample size of 20,000 and found that Saudi Arabia is the top location claimed by Twitter users supporting ISIS in 2015. Syria follows, Iraq rounds off the top three and the U.S. takes fourth place.

Adopt Switzerland's model! This is the only way to clean this f'd-up country. Perhaps, gun violence, immigration, life, health will improve.

Trump - hate him or love him he has been on point.

San Bernardino TERROR ATTACK was indeed linked to ISIS.
Everything Trump argued and pointed out came to light thanks to the SB Terror Attack. There are more terror cells in our midst, won't be shocked if many here who posts are supporters of muslim terrorists but that's another topic.

Farook was a US citizen of muslim faith. He lived the american dream. he went to school and graduated college. Got a good job. Assimilated , at least, by doing the American way of getting an education and career only to attack the country his parents adopted.

Say what you all will about this, however, San Bernardino was the deadliest attack by an international terror org (supporters or members alike) who successfully attack on US soil since 9/11 and Boston Bombers.

Ok, assuming it's true, so what? You can find a small minority of people who practically support anything. And?

The first step in conquering a problem is acknowledging it. Currently, our leaders can't even do that, so this is progress.

And as Trump says, a small minority of a group consisting of over 1 billion people = a large number of violent crazies.

In terms of practical steps, shutting down all radical mosques and arresting the radical preachers is a great start. And yes, our ally Saudi Arabia is a large contributor to this.

Yes, let's acknowledge the problem. The problem is that we involve our military in other Middle Eastern countries (wars, coups, invasions, financial/weapon support).

There's a reason that terrorists attack us but not Switzerland.

people automatically assumed it was since the Police tweeted shots fired NEAR Planned Parenthood.

Police can't find the shooter/s.
it's still active shooting.
Witnesses from nearby stores saying the shooter/s appeared to have been shooting from the outside not from inside Planned Parenthood.
OTher reports saying shooter/s were shooting at passing cars.

No one still dont know where this shooter came from.

Right.
They're saying the call to 911 came from Planned Parenthood but its also a shopping area no one in Planned Parenthood said shooters was in the building. Shooting was NEAR Planned Parenthood but it appears the shooter was shooting randomly outside and might've barricade himself/herself in the building..

It was in the 'vicinity' of the Planned Parenthood office, not 'at' the facility. Could be some kids shooting off fireworks in an alley a block away who don't even know what PP is.

Continuation...

So, if you get the eyewitnesses accounts of muslims celebrating in the pockets of Jersey City plus the eyewitness accounts in Paterson and Passaic, Michigan, Boston, prisoners converted into Islam, etc. it would be in the thousands since there are at that time 5 million muslims in USA?

Like I said before on the other thread, my friend was working in a Boston Hospital and the muslim patients were celebrating with that sound they make when in celebrating something and pumping their fists high, there were men and women muslims. She and other nurses and admins was so livid.

It would be hard to videotaped these muslims because there were no smartphone videos at taht time. Those that did get their camera out were too focus on the Towers on fire so many were on the Waterfront. My friends and some neighbors went on their roof or balconies to get a better look and that's when eyewitnesses saw a certain apartment building with at least 6 or 8 muslim men was celebrating. Eyewitnesses called 911 but since that time cellphone signals were so jammed by people calling in and out of NYC/JC area it would've been hard to get any cops. But eyewitnesses did get hold of cops and reported the building where they saw Muslim men celebrating on that day. Since it was hours or days after and cops didn't witness the activity, eyewitness reports were dismissed. But the talk kept alive for years and till this day.

That fateful day was brought up again when Paris was Attacked, reliving of eyewitnesses seeing Muslim Men in the neighborhood celebrating. Coincidence Trump ignited the talk openly across the Nation. The whispers was just in Jersey City from Westside, to Journal Sq, The Hill, Rte 440 down to Paulus Hook!

This was an archive from 2014 by Yvonne (Yvonne I hope you don't mind. You posted something poignant regarding the recent Trump debacle)

"I tried to keep to the subject, but you are wrong about the celebrations. There a small sentence in the Star-Ledger when 9/11 happened concerning Paterson Muslim community and the celebrations reported. I also understand it was reported in the final 9/11 report. Three people I know, a Van Vorst neighbor, a nun, I worked with, and a doctor in Bayonne, also told me they saw Muslim celebrating in NJ. These 3 people do not know each other. I am quite sure some Muslims were horrified at 9/11 attack. But don't whitewash what happened. I really preferred we stick to the subject of the building which is my concerned.
