Crazy Crack head on the Path
#91
Home away from home
Home away from home

Yesterday I boarded the Path on 23rd Street and entered the 1st car. We got to 14th Street and some Crazy Crack Head young lady gets on.

Now remember there is a Path person is in the car to make announcements and open the doors.

She was is a lovely pink jumpsuit with a hoodie. She pranced up and down the car rabbling like a crazy person. She would see her reflection in the window and either laugh or scream Hoodie on! hoodie off! Then she sucks her thumb like a baby and starts to cry. Then laughs out loud.

Now the lady across from me look towards the person working for the Path as I do as well. He/she does NOTHING. 9th Street. Nothing. We look at the Path person again. Christopher Street. We look and nothing. She now starts acting like at trapped animal. Nothing. Off we go. Newport Pavonia. Nothing. Grove Street I get off but still NOTHING.

This woman may have been some crazed killer with a gun for all I know and this person did NOTHING.

I work in Manhattan and had a similar situation. Always remember at the front (inside and outside ) and back of a car there is a number for the car. As I exited the 6 train I saw a police person an d said that there was a crazy person in e.g. car # 6750. They will stop the train at the next stop go to the car an pull the person off.

I can not believe this Path person did NOTHING. Maybe he/she always sees crack heads at 3:00 PM.

Oh well.

Guess he should scheduled his dermatologist appointments just the day after his election rather than the "beat down" "shut your mouth" look of the last two weeks. Just an observation.

No cuts prior to the election but shows up on TV with busted lip and cuts on his nose after the shake down. Hummmmmm

Again just an observation. No allegations here. Just asking. Hummmmm

Oh and Shaw is dead.

Just a observation. No allegations.

Cuts on Healy

Ok when the "show" went down last week Healy had a band aid on his nose and a cut on his nose plus either sore or cut on his lip.

Tonight they had him on TV he had a cut on his nose and on his lower lip.

Shaw is dead and he has the same if not more cuts.

What is up with that?

I do agree with Steve. Due process. Although I did not vote for the Healy team I am not running down to the city hall with torches and axes.

If Mr Vega's arrest impedes his leadership then he should step down. Now I do not condone any of this behavior.

It was a tough election. People such as myself wanted new blood. We have to now let the results run it's course. There are ways to change our local government in a more positive fashion.

Good luck to all who attend. I hope it will put some of your feeling at ease. Some of you will be mad as hell and I respect that as well. I mean this is the most sincere manner.

This is why we vote. We did have a low turnout though. Maybe this will entice more to get involved in the voting process. If that is the case then this madness has turned into something positive.

There is also

www.spotcrime.com

They do send alerts but sometimes area a bit behind. I sometimes get alerts for lower Manhattan which makes no sense but it will keep you up on the crime.

You can also type in your address and it will give you your hood

Message to the Eastern European blond bitch at Grove I see you every morning. You did not buy the train car for $ 1.75. You see that I arrived before you and you still push me out of the way to get on first for the 33rd train. You push not only me but others. When we both arrive at 14th street you then again push and shove everyone to get to the door to get off first. Bitch I suggest you do not stand close to the edge of the platform. Debbie talks to me and she says "Push the bitch in front of the oncoming train"
I hate you and the usual horribly dyed Eastern European blond hair.
The nail salon you work in must love you.Debbie told me to say that.

Sadly you will never read this. Debbie tells me you number is up. Sit back bitch and wait your turn. You are no longer in some Eastern Bloc.

Written with love

OK That was one of the funniest blogs in a really long while. It is like when you call Amtrac and "Julie" helps you. I laugh every time.

Debbie gets me and shocks me when I exit 14th street. Never fails. Just before I am about to exit BAM there's Debbie. She gives Yolanda Vega a run for her money. Only Yolanda puts 2 syllable's in the # nine.

Also could they please make the emergency number simple. I do not know off hand but it is like 201 275 1063 ( not correct ) Simple kids Simple.

Again thanks for the laugh

Did anyone notice Mayor Healy had a huge band aid on his nose and a cut (and/or Herpie/Healy sore) on his lower lip on channel 7 news.

I am going with Healy Sore. That makes more sense.

Client # 9= Spitzer.

JC official 4= Healy

Oh maybe he fell of his stoop.

Time to go fella

I live in the downtown area and as my friend up in Bergen/Lafayette area says " we do not live in a protective bubble". Crime is everywhere so to pinpoint one area as bad is insane. Robberies/assaults/shootings/drug dealing/and the like are everywhere. These people have no boundaries.

Taxes need to be spent on more police. I do not care if "A" pays more or less than "B". Collectively it goes into the same pot. We are not getting and I mean all of us the protection we are paying for.

I heard but not sure on this so no pimp slapping here please, the city council meets for it's summer schedule during the late morning when we are all at work. They rubber stamp anything because we are not there.

Oh by the way I did vote. That always come up on this site.

I would not care if the light casing was purple pink or polka dotted. We all know Red Yellow Green. This city is insane on occasions. This is a city not some small town in Idaho. No disrespect to Idaho. We had the traffic light on Newark and Jersey taken down by a semi and they had that pole and light up in hours.

Just do not get the place sometimes

Off subject a touch but last year I was walking towards the Grove St station and saw a crowd. A man had fallen, in broad daylight, and cracked his head open. Myself and another gal helped. Why the circle of people watching a man lie in a pool of blood and stare is beyond me. I went through in pockets to find out his name so I could keep him alert. The Police came and asked me "Does he do this often?" I was baffled. Whatever happened to that man I do not know but we stepped up to the plate. By the way the Police kept telling me he maybe HIV +. My partner is. Else less I have some crazy open wound it is not a problem.

People are crazy

A "stoop"? That is one thing I miss from Brooklyn. Sitting on my stoop watching traffic and neighbors. Saying hello and of course a lil gossip. "She did what?' "He did who?"

Love the stoop

I love this place. Food is great and you can actually have a conversation.
The last time I (4 people in total ) was there we asked the owner, who is the chef, please send 4 apps and 4 main courses. Great. You know he is going to send out the best and show off his style. The total with a desert and drinks was $140

I agree Jemma Loan is great. David is a watch fan and is very fair with pricing. He has repaired 2 watches of mine and did a great job. He never tries to rob you. If he can do it at a lower cost,he will do it. That's what brings you back.

Welcome to the club. I am not sure if you followed my PS&G thread last month. We went from almost 1000 KGH (April ) to 250 last month( May ).

Now everyone I have been ACTUAL since December when I moved here. . Every month. Went to Journal Square to their office and was given a piece of paper so I can double check on them WHAT. Look on the back of your bill. If the bars are not solid black ,meaning past months, then they were estimated. If it is solid black then the are actuals.

Do not waste your time on the phone. Go to the office. You will still have to pay your bill in full but you will get a credit at some point.

Good luck

Well Kids they claim our meter was read wrong. Now they are paid in full and now they say we should read our own meter. Wait a moment. I assumed they pay people to do that for me. My next reading is next week. So now I have to read the meter myself to double check the reading. Funny.

I got the funny cartoon like piece of paper. What do I do now?

LOL

Re: Someone's going through your garbage!!!

I lived in Brooklyn and they have a law about pinching cans on recycling. The city makes money on recycling. It is considered city property once it hits the curb. If one takes from the recycling, they can be arrested or ticketed for city property theft.

With regards to credit theft, I pay everything online which is probably just as bad as a bag on the curb. At least my bank backs me up.
