You know this from your extensive experience as corporate counsel? And do you *really* want people to be seen as beholden to their *landlords*? You want to go down that road?

I would submit a complaint on RRC under Construction, but I've had no success with filing complaints about the styrofoam pollution. I wonder how much winds up in the ocean every year.

Downtown is a bowl in the back as well. Ever hear of Harsimus Creek? Go look at the tracks under Newark Ave by the cemetery. It's a perpetual pond over there.

It is astounding how selfish you are.

Also, read a book. Your grammar is terrible.

Let's leave the detective work to the police, shall we.

If you need a detective to explain to you two shootings hours apart and blocks apart on the same street, a street that shootings aren't common are related you completely lack common sense.

I will wait until the facts come out, like a sane person would. Thank you for your time.

By the way JCman24, traffic came to a standstill for a hour. So yes, I can complain. There are no alternative roads with all of the construction of 139 if you close off Tonnelle to Kennedy. It really illustrates the point that reducing lanes in JC for bikes will be nothing but standstill traffic in the future.

I was making a joke, but damn if you didn't ruin it

There's a lot of poison ivy this time of year. The best views are of some of the most desolate sections of Summit Ave and Central Ave. It's the best thing in the neighborhood though.

I think so. We got a 25 year guarantee vs. 10 years for asphalt. After we had it done the temperature on the top floor dropped at least 20 degrees on hot summer days.

I guess the sarcasm was lost in you... just a week ago there was a whole thread that derailed over the age of a kid mentioned in an article. And, btw, the average 5th grader is 10 years old.

And maybe you didn't pick up on my sarcasm...

Those weren't accidents, they were due to driver negligence. How much more do you think an elevated train would have cost?
