How can it be a "rush job" when they went over their timeline and also budget? I hope they have enough PATH employees to lay out the mats and dry up the floors when it rains. Pathetic!

Agree with you. I'm chinese and those asian grannies are soooo pushy. I almost had a panic attack when i went on the weekend.

Went yesterday - wonderful! I do feel bad for the small fish store on Jersey. When the mayor comes to cut your ribbon on your new wonderful small business he never mentions this! So many ribbon cuttings on shop small but how many last here?

I don't feel bad for them. Different customer bases. Something tells me most of the customers of the "small fish store on Jersey" woudn't be caught dead buying their fish in a supermarket, let alone an Asian one. I can't picture them standing in line sandwiched between loud Chinese grandmothers buying huge bags of fish heads - or even knowing what to do with a bag of fish heads.

I used to hope for Whole Foods, but now with 99 Ranch, it has most of the things I need except for cheese and granola.

Park and Sixth has an excellent upstairs alcove/room that probably can accommodate 20. Also, i think Roman Nose has a separate curtained off section that can handle your party size.

With the dearth of inventory, i think you shouldn't have a problem selling this unit.

Speaking of costs, will this impact the Whole Foods that is supposed to be built across the street?

It was unintended use of the escalator handrail.... so i don't think there is any liability claim. Sorry that she died doing this silly prank. Her twin sister must live with the awful fact that she did nothing to prevent it.

Agree. How many ppl have used the escalators since it opened? How many have "fallen" off ?

What's ridiculous about the escalators? And, so ridiculous that it should have been foreseen thus making the PA negligent and worthy of being sued??

Riding down an escalator is about as simple a task as a human brain could do: hop on, and hold on to hand rail.

Any lawsuit against the PA will likely get tossed, or fail. Justifiably.

I hope they are able to scrub the marble floors clean. Sorry to hear about this accident. It doesn't make sense how someone can fall from an escalator????

The donuts are great! Coffee, however, is only average but is relatively cheaper than Dunkin- i think the cost of a medium at KK is the same price as a small one at DD.

CVS charges 13$ for 2 pics. I used the Passport Booth app (free) on my phone and had a friend take a pic for me using the app. Printed it out at work on photo paper and it was good to go. No problems.

I love DTJC as it is where I live. However, i'd like to see the study methodology, parameters and data. It is hard to believe that a small gritty city like JC can beat out other nice urban US cities.
