I dealt with Stephen Gucciardo from Armagno. I approached them at the last minute for a move. And although a lot of other brokers brushed me off with "everything's already been rented", Stephen was great enough to show me what he had.

I also liked that he showed a genuine interest in viewing the apartments himself. I know the rental market is fierce, and the benefit for brokers is minimal (compared to the payoff from purchases). But I felt like I had his full attention.

I didn't end up going with any of the apartments shown (teaches me to start looking at the last minute). But Stephen will be my first call when I decide to move.
