DUI should be the only motoring offence that automatically mandates the termination of employment for a public servant. This ass-wipe would have attended horrific motoring accidents that resulted in death and casualties caused by DUI drivers during the course of his career... no empathy, no sympathy, just fire his 'sorry - it won't happen again' ass.

A Jersey City battalion chief who has been on the job for 34 years was arrested Monday afternoon and charged with driving while intoxicated in Leonia.

Leonia police officers said they arrested Charles Lind, 57, of Dumont, on Dec. 12 just after 4 p.m. after receiving a report of a possibly intoxicated driver just outside of Overpeck County Park in the Bergen County borough.
