Was anyone else disturbed by someone running a loud motor until after 2:00 AM this morning? I think it was some kind of construction work going on inside the old Vespa dealership. This is not the first time. A few weeks ago someone was using a loud, high-pressure steam cleaner on the street until almost as late. Since they were cleaning a grill, I assumed it was the Hamilton Inn which uses the Vespa building for storage.
Isn't late night construction work illegal?
