Immigrants can get help today navigating the path toward permanent citizenship in the United State today in Jersey City.

The nonprofit We Are One New Jersey - Hudson County Center is hosting its first Citizenship/DACA (Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals) clinic today from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at its center, at 830 Bergen Ave.

The clinic is for new Americans, legal permanent residents and DACA-eligible residents of Hudson County who are interested in free citizenship assistance.

Services include help with citizenship and fee waiver applications, DACA application and renewal assistance, translation services and a free public notary.
