I don't think the prices are that bad. Grove pointe is right across the street and the 2brs are cheaper here.
I think the quality is pretty bad though. Just walk by there and take a look.

$345,000 for a 1 bedroom there seems a little pricey; but who knows. Hopefully they will sell fast.
