How about Korean/American steam table buffet? There is Liberty Towers Gourmet Market at 33 Hudson St, Canova Inc at 30 Montgomery St, and Exchange Market Place at 10 Exchange Place. You pay by the pound. They usually have some fried rice, lo mein, general tso's chicken, etc.

Just curious, I've never been there, but why did you say it's Korean/American? Lo Mein, Fried Rice and Gen Tso is Chinese.

Do they also have Kalbi or Bulgoki or anything Korean?

I miss the steam table at DJ's. I'm not talking about an all you can eat, just a quick and easy variety, but better than the place in the mall food court. Is there someplace like this downtown I don't know about? I do stop at the 555 market on Tonnelle when I'm passing & hungry, but the food is too greasy & strangely bland.
