I think NOISE level should be included in the list. Noise is a quality of live issue some residents have to deal with depending on where they live.

Voted as well. My main issue was the corruption and incompetence in virtually every department of city government. That's a huge undertaking for Mr. Fulop but perhaps he can make a dent.

I wonder if we'll score any better than we did in the last the last satisfaction survey that Jersey City was in.
