Only on exterior locked door is required... The foyer door (if there is a foyer) doesn't need to be locked.

Hopefully somebody can answer this question definitively: Do landlords in JC have to have both a locking exterior and interior entrance door on apartment buildings?

My building has a locked door that leads into the building, but once you enter the foyer, there is a door that is missing. Basically, if somebody were to leave the outside door ajar, anybody could just walk into the building without having to encounter another locked interior entrance door. I was told by a former tenant that the landlord is required to have two locking doors to enter the building, but I can't find anything that backs up this claim.
