Offering $25 to Avalon Cove residents willing to let us see their "Carlyle Penthouse" apartment

My wife and I would like to move in to one of the "Carlyle Penthouse" apartments in Avalon Cove this summer, but there are none currently available for viewing. I am in a wheelchair and need to make sure the first floor space will work for me (doorway widths, bathroom layout etc.). We are flexible about timing-- can come in early in the a.m. or in the evening, or any time on a weekend.
