The Kellogg Gardens Chinese restaurant moved to Westside Ave by the DQ. I asked the owner she said she was forced out. The building is part of the big Bay Front project that is coming to the area after the soil is cleaned up.

Hi Guys,
Does anyone know what happened to the Chinese restaurant/dry cleaners/nail salon which was across the Pathmark? I know they have moved in the Pathmark plaza, but was curious why they shut down? Are they redeveloping that area? Any insight would be appreciated! Thanks!
