ICAP, an international interdealer brokerage with a trading floor in Downtown Jersey City, has hosted the annual one-day extravaganza at all of its offices since 1993.

Adding to the festive nature of the day, many of the staffers dress in costumes.

?To be able to raise $18.7 million for charity in one day in the current environment is an incredible achievement for the financial services industry,'' CEO Michael Spencer said in a news release. "Funds raised through the support of our customers, staff, the charities and their patrons will help over 120 worthy causes globally this year.?
