Thanks for the restaurant recommendation. I definitely have to give Oh Calamares a try. Man, I could really go for some lomo saltado and fried yuca, washed down with a cold Cusque?a, of course!

I agree with this poster on the food at Oh Calamares

We visited the restaurant on Sunday and staff + food added up to an amazing dining experience

A bit closer than 32st. just over the city line into Union City on Summit Avenue (near Patterson Plank Road) is a beer distributor on the west side of the street off street in a parking lot that carries lots of varieties of S.A. and C.A. beers. i bet they have it too. Enjoy!

For the ultimate Peruvian epicurean experience go to Oh Calamares! on Kearny Avenue in Kearny. They have the best ceviche this side of Lima. The also have a variety of Peruvian beers, wines and piscos and the staff is exceptionally friendly.

Try Mi Bandera in Union City on 32nd Street. The liquor store is on one side of the street and the grocery is on the opposite side. The grocery store has a whole aisle dedicated to Peruvian food so I would think that the liquor store would carry Cusquena beer.

Maybe it's the crisp autumn weather, but I've been craving some Cusque?a beer. I've been told there is a fairly large Peruvian community around Union City-West New York.

Does anyone know of a grocery store or beer distributor that carries Cusque?a in this general area?

Thank you.
