Jersey City police arrested a 48-year-old Bayonne woman after watching her engage in an alleged drug deal on Sunday and then finding 28 bags of suspected heroin on her, police said.
Stephanie Piel, of East 19th Street, was arrested on Winfield Avenue in Jersey City at 10:44 a.m. and charged with numerous drug counts, including possession with intent to distribute within 500 feet of public property and within 1,000 feet of a school, reports said.
