Anyone out there go mountain biking moderately near and accessible to Jersey City? I don't necessarily mean steep cliff drop mountain biking, just any wooded/dirt trails, and that are accessible via NJ Transit out of Hoboken (or where ever?)

I don't have a car, but would like to get back into mountain biking regularly.

A handful of times of year, I make my way to Morris County (Morris Lewis Park or Tourne Park) for trail riding, but that's a good 1.5 hour train ride on NJ Transit. I was hoping someone might know of trails nearer by.
