I don't know if it includes last year but I do know that rent control tenants and affordable housing cannot have a tax increase so this is strickly on the small property owners, which is wrong.

Could we complain somewhere against this issue? We did nit agree nor sign anything to be billed back since January 1st,2021. This is horrible.
