Should have been done in 2014 but at least it looks like DAE picked a great Architect for the project. Click through the site a lot of modern stuff but also did some beautiful renovations.

The long and winding march to restore Loew’s Jersey theater in Journal Square took a step forward this week as the city’s Historic Preservation Commission conditionally approved the $72 million restoration job slated to be performed DAE Entertainment 1 Entity LLC.
