I had a tradition for years of stopping there with the after school Hoboken bound carpool on particularly fine days in spring & fall and getting a coffee for me and donuts for the kids that we'd consume on the nice little patch of lawn they have next to them. No one ever got sick.

I know, I should have known better than to trust their cleanliness.
Either way, not sure they've ever been inspected by the health dept, but I won't be buying anything there again!
