I had a tradition for years of stopping there with the after school Hoboken bound carpool on particularly fine days in spring & fall and getting a coffee for me and donuts for the kids that we'd consume on the nice little patch of lawn they have next to them. No one ever got sick.

Heads up. Bought a hot chocolate at the Dunkin there and was sick for a week - will spare you the gory details.
I know, I should have known better than to trust their cleanliness.
Either way, not sure they've ever been inspected by the health dept, but I won't be buying anything there again!

While I can understand the discomfort you've had with not feeling well, unless that hot chocolate was the only thing you consumed that day, it's a bit of reach to blame the DD in a public forum such as this. Plus, it's flu season and there's a nasty bug that comes on really fast and makes you feel like crap for a while (and includes gastro symptoms). Our whole family had it in varying degrees and almost everyone I know has been impacted by the same bug. Hope you're feeling better.
