Mayor Steven Fulop finishes NYC Marathon under 4 hours today

JERSEY CITY -- Jersey City Mayor Steven Fulop finished the 26.2-mile New York City Marathon with a time of 03:51:49 today.

Fulop's next race will be on election day when he squares off against former Jersey City Corporate Counsel Bill Matsikoudis.

On Tuesday, residents will decide who will be mayor for the next four years.
