You're too late, already is! Whatever you're looking at was 1/2 the price 4 years ago.

Was starting to look at property in the Western Slope and wanted to find out info on that area's development and safety. Some streets are beautiful while some need some improvements. It appears that much of JC is starting to turn over and wondered if the Heights will be doing the same.

Will there be issues coming home late at night on certain work days? Is it safe?

Is it best to take bus or jitney or walk?

Any help is appreciative.
