Man dies after falling from 21st floor of Jersey City building

JERSEY CITY -- A 38-year-old man died Saturday after falling from the balcony outside his 21st floor apartment in Newport, police said.

The man has just finished a glass of water at about 1:45 p.m. when he handed the empty glass to his mother and put his shoes on, according to a police report.
