It will cost you less money if you appear in court, plead guilty to a lesser offense such as disregarding a traffic signal then paying the fine plus court costs and point reduction (take the surcharge $250 for 2 points, I think)

The JC cops ticketed someone who was visiting me for failure to stop at a stop sign. Anyone have a recommendation for a lawyer to handle the moving violation?
