Jersey City's Jackson Hill Main Street Management Corp. has partnered with the Independent Beauty Supply to host the First Monticello Avenue Street Festival tomorrow. The festival will run from noon to 6 p.m. along Monticello Avenue between Harrison Avenue and Emory Street in Jersey City. ?We are very excited to begin this type of event in the Jackson Hill District,? said Michele Massey, executive director of the Jackson Hill Main Street Management Corp. ?The street festival will cover two blocks, and it is our intent to grow the event as far down Monticello as possible."
