I got this photo from a friend visiting WTC Hub construction sites. Hope this will be helpful.

My conclusion is below:

- [1] train will be a painless transfer
- [E] and [R] trains will be a very short walk through one concourse
- [A] and [C] trains will be a short walk through one concourse
- [J] [Z] [2] [3] [4] [5] trains will be a longer walk through two concourses
