In addition, with a majority of absentee property owners, corporate LLC listed properties make it difficult to ticket so the area is left in shambles.

I agree it is a great letter but the city is also failing those residents who want improvements. I remember the city giving out tickets downtown when residents failed to removed leaves in the Fall. There should not be two standards when dealing with city problems.

Great letter, this seems to be the theme for most apt buildings between Bergen and Ocean. Most of these landlords are addicted to Section 8. As a landlord, I have seen first hand the lack of responsibility from landlords who live in BK or wherever. The reality is everyone hates section 8 until they get that first check.
