I just stumbled upon a cool market-place for moms and moms to be where you can buy/sell children stuff.

I know there is plenty of those on internet but I also know that kids grow so fast and any way to have a clearance is a good way:)

I've been taking several pre-natal yoga classes over the last 8 months.

Michelle Goitia is a doula and teaches 2:

Three Little Birds Thursday evening

JCMC Sundays at 11 a.m.

I've also really enjoyed Jessica's class at Yoga Shunya on Saturday afternoons.

Hey Jeeper,

My wife had a good pre-natal yoga experience with Michelle Timek. See her website:

http://www.michelletimekyoga.com/

PM me if you have any specific questions and I'll ask my wife for more details.

Activities are so important when pregnant. It helps during and after.
Just one thing..more lower back strengthening and less muscle stretching and you will be fit as a fiddle.
