I know that... But, there's no way a dozen plus cars show up on the same stretch of road unless its done deliberately.

This have been going on for a number of years, I have seen drivers and just parked cars near Target. Target is near Best Buy.

Does target allow overnight parking? I have seen limos park towards the best buy area, but there is usually a driver in them.

The taxis in Journal Sq were left overnight from what I can tell.

Had to get some stuff from the Rite Aid in Journal Square yesterday. I was there after 9am and there was no parking to be found. I counted a dozen NYC yellow cabs parked at the metered spots on both sides of the Boulevard and a few more at the small metered parking/ taxi waiting area near the Path.

I don't have issue with people parking their cars overnight, but this looks like some taxi owner or drivers using the street as their own personal parking lot when parking rules are not in effect and limiting access to street parking for somebody else.

Not sure if this is a everyday occurrence, but if others do see the same, maybe something should be done.
