During the summer, Mazzanti and Annie moved to Jersey City with their twin daughters. They've settled into a sweet pad with a panoramic view of the New York skyline.

The family lives amid a m?lange of greenery. They eat organic produce, socialize via Skype and spend lots of time with a personal trainer.

These new residents aren't hipsters. They're cotton-top tamarins, endangered monkeys adopted by the Liberty Science Center. The chipmunk-sized primates have wild white hair that frames their tiny faces, hence the "cotton-top" moniker.
