PHOTOS: Gloria Gaynor and Village People headline cancer survivor event at Liberty State Park

The Village People and Gloria Gaynor were the headliners today at Hackensack University Medical Center's fifth annual Celebrating Life and Liberty event at Liberty State Park in Jersey City, which drew thousands of cancer survivors and their caregivers.

The event is organized by the John Theurer Cancer Center at the hospital.

In addition to the Queen of Disco and the "YMCA" performers, Quixotic, an ensemble that brings together music, performance art, and aerial choreography, also took the stage.
