Not sure about any issues or flooding. It's a fairly new condo conversion, as I am sure you are aware. Do you know the area well? Have you lived in downtown Jersey City before?

My husband and I are looking to buy a condo unit in the Bath House (on Coles between Columbus and 1st) in DTJS. Does anyone have knowledge of this building? A couple of questions:
1. How did this area do during Sandy and Irene? 2. Any issues in the past regarding the building? Any insights regarding this area (pros and cons) would also be appreciated. Thank you.
