The space that artist Hulbert Waldroup had on the ground floor of the Communipaw Cove building on Communipaw and Monitor has its windows papered over-anyone know if there is finally retail going in? When M.A.E. closed it seemed the area hit a hiccup, could something interesting be going in the space?
