There's a lot on the corner of Academy & Baldwin, also another one on Academy between Summit & Baldwin. They are pretty affordable, 24 hour access. I know one of them was around $75 per month last time I rented in that area, but they are pretty affordable compared to what you find by the courthouse and downtown.

What are the options for renting a parking space on a monthly basis near St. Peter's University? It seems that there are more options at Journal Square, but not closer to McGinley.
