I am seeking a workspace in the historic downtown area for a design studio. I live in the neighborhood and am looking for a space that is walkable from my apartment (Van Vorst area), though I'd be willing to travel further afield for a good space that fits my needs.

Does anyone have suggestions for buildings that are renting studio space, or developers/others who may be good to get in contact with? Any suggestions would be much appreciated!

I'm looking for a space between 700-1000 square feet that would be comfortable for 2 people to work in regularly.

This is a work/studio space ONLY (not live-work). My budget is in the area of $900-1000 monthly.

Industrial spaces are preferred, but anything suitable for design work and some administrative work is what I need.

Thank you!
