I'm pretty sure the new place is by the same guy who owns/runs 2 aprons on Warren St. REally looking forward to it. 2 aprons is great.

Ah, okay. I've seen this place, but I moved in the area in February from Coles St, and by then, this place had been closed...?
Anyway, I look forward to having a mediterranean place here.

It's on Grand about a block west of Grove. It's sort of on an Island like position between Grand and a side street i don't know the name of. Across Grand from Liberty Harbor brownstones.

Sorry for asking. Where is this? On Google map, Hot and Toasty Bagels is (was?) located at the corner of Grand and Grove. I don't remember having seen a bagel place here.

I've been told by numerous people in the area with credibility that it's going to be a Mediterranean resto. I've seen people working on the interior of the building over the past few weeks. Seems big enough for an Ibby's or 2 aprons like establishment.

Does anyone know what is happening with the old Hot and Toasty Bagels building on Grand St? I was told it will be a Mediterranean Restaurant. Not sure how because it is tiny inside.
