Hi All-
One of the terms of my umbrella policy is that I require a lead free certification for my rental unit. Apparently, any unit built prior to 1978 requires it. Anyway, I've attempted to reach out to a few companies but have had no luck. Was wondering if anyone had a recommendation of a company they've used in the past? Thanks in advance.
