At least the public knows who gave him money and the amount, your Rekha is hiding everything and is willing to pay a fine. If you are not trustworthy in small things like filing a report, then you are not trustworthy in big things.

Five-way race for Jersey City's Downtown council seat

It?s been more than 10 years since Jersey City?s Ward E saw a council race as competitive as this year?s five-person contest.

In 2013, Councilwoman Candice Osborne sailed onto the council after winning over 67 percent of the vote. Four years earlier, then-Councilman Steve Fulop won re-election after the first round of balloting against four challengers, grabbing 63 percent. Not exactly nail biters.
