You haven't heard, the forward thinking City Council has removed the emergency lights from those vehicles, there will be no more issues about employees driving drunk in city vehicles.

Isn't this the same JC authority that has a program to employ ex-felons? We really do have some fcuked-up systems in place ... these asswipes offend against us, then via taxes and policies, we employ them!
