Just an fyi... I assume the law in NJ is that fire extinguishers in commercial establishments have to be inspected annually. That's typical. The cost should be somewhere under $100 for 4 ABC extinguishers. If a refill is required (the extinguisher was used), it's about $40. I oversee this in a restaurant in NYC and it takes about 20 seconds to inspect each fire extinguisher. Our company throws in the inspection for free since we have a contract to inspect our ansul system (the fire supression system over the heating equipment).

I live in a condo in dtjc, our insurance company (for the master policy) is requiring that we have a company come and service our fire extinguishers (total of 4) and then that we have a contract with the company for annual service. Does any one have any experience with this? Any recommendations for a fire protection company that provides these services?
