I totally agree! He is not helpful at all. And then he gets angry if you don't understand his wacky signals and actually stop before proceeding.

Hopefully they are not seriously hurt.

Unfortunately, most drivers don't understand the meaning of "Stop" and many pedestrians would rather look at their PDA's when crossing...

Just drove past, a man on the ground in the middle of 4-way stop intersection. There is usually a crossing guard there but today is a public school holiday. Please post here if you have any info on what happened or his condition. And thank you kind neighbors who were handling the scene before police/ambulance could arrive. Not sure if he was struck or if it was a fall in the wet pavement.
