Depends on how close he is to the Grove-Newark corner. I could see a large 3BR near that intersection going for that.

I know a guy who rented out a 3-bedroom on Manila for $3200/month, so if we're calling that a downtown price, you've got a bargain

seems a little steep for that area. more like a number you'd see downtown.

rental prices are going down. have you tried negotiating?

I haven't looked at apartments lately and have lost touch with the market.

I like a rental apartment near LSP near the Foundry and am debating whether to take it. I've lived in the Foundry for 4 years and am very happy with the area. I just hate the Foundry.
