Thanks for the all the recs...that's why I love this community! Ended up at Zep Hall and worked out great. So glad to have a future list, too.

To the clowns that suggested "home"...thanks for the chuckle but you can go back to the circus now.

Too late maybe but for dinner, Nha Trang is definitely kid-friendly. Dunno about drinks though...

I've been fine taking my toddler to some of the bistros like Amelia's and Light Horse.

There's that new fancy Pizza place across from City Hall but two boots is more casual, for sure.

Prestos is fantastic toddler food, but slow and I think BYOB.

I wouldn't be afraid of Marco & Pepe or Beechwood cafe with my toddler either.

Every place I listed has a kids menu.

If you have to ask about toddler friendly then I assume they probably will get antsy during the dinner, in which case Zep is probably your best bet. It is big enough that you can find somewhere out of the way.

Skinner's is great with kids, but it's also cramped with no room for them to wander around the table.

I'm sure most bars will be a little sports heavy tonight with the start of Monday Night Football, don't know if that bothers you.

At least Zep has space for kids, inside and out, no matter what else is going on...

Two Boots? Hate to suggest Tilted Kilt, as never been to the one in JC, but the one in Hoboken is very accomodating to people with toddlers.

I think the most kid-friendly places are Razza and Skinner's. Honestly, Orale is great as well. Really we've had no issue with any of the restaurants, but we also go early and are prepared to walk our daughter around until food arrives. We make sure she's good and hungry too.

White Star at The Harbor (old Captain Al's) on Warren and Essex is pretty chill and always accommodating with kids. Standard pub food and decent beer selection

Friends from out of town visiting just for the evening. Planned on Surf City, just realized they aren't open Mondays. We both have toddlers so any reco's for places good for all would be appreciated. Zep Hall is our back up plan but any other suggestions?
