Looking at this photo, it seems like Ez-Towing is doing the recovery work for the PD. This isn't the first time I seen the PD use them. I would like to know if the city has a contract with this towing company? If there is a contact in place, is it a recent contract, or is it a holdover from the previous admin?
If it is recent, I thought the new mayor promised a change when he comes to office.. How do you give a contract to a company the State has found to violate the law?
