On Harrison Avenue, at approx 9am on 6/23, JCPD dispatched 3 patrol cars and an ESU unit to remove 3 illegally parked motorcycles parked on the sidewalk....maybe it's just me, but isn't the amount of police dispatched an incredible waste of resources considering one patrol car could have handled the situation.... This is their main priority to fight crime or is money king and the fines levied upon the owners of the illegally parked motorcycles the main priority???
