I found this website where you can look things up. Eight stories. You're welcome.

My understanding is that if an individual's home address (specifically new construction) has parking the Parking Authority will NOT issue an individual a zone parking pass rather require you to park int he building (regardless of the parking fee building may charge).

I hope they make it mandatory to park in the building if you purchase there. I think some buildings do that?

Otherwise, a neighborhood that has pretty decent parking right now, is going to have next to none with an 83 unit building being constructed.

The residents will not be able to obtain a parking permit from JCPA because there is parking available to them in their building. That doesn't mean they won't park on the street at night and on weekends when permit parking isn't enforced.

Do you all know if the public can park in their garage or are the additional spots for guests or potential retail?

Not sure if anyone has posted about this yet - but, apparently, they are building condos at the end of Sussex Street ( Basically Van Vorst Street) at that old abandoned chemical factory. The demolition will run about six (6) weeks through July. The developer is the same one who did the Madox building (Field? I think?)

Just an update.
