Took a photo of a guy carrying a huge Healy sign right in front of the Grace Church Van Vorst polling site on Erie Street while voting was still underway this evening. Unbelievable and yet par for the course. (Image Manager not letting me upload)

All I'm sayin' is, all those pics with Healy and Obama make me sick. If all you have to run on is a payback "endorsement" that doesn't mean jack squat, then you don't have anything to run on.

Residents at 297 Montgomery removed two unauthorized Healy signs today. This one covers Fulops sign.

That 100 feet away rule is non existent in Ward F, Healys volunteers are more like 10 yards away, at my polling place and the one I rolled by. They aren't standing right outside the door or anything, just on whatever is the nearest corner. They aren't intimidating people or really speaking to anyone that I saw, just holding signs, some looked like city workers not volunteers. Anyway.. I saw Fulop signs right outside the other polling place, big ones tacked to the gate. As you walk in you can't help but see it so no ones campaign is a saint today.

Turn out looks good though. I hit up my place at 6:30am to get it over with.

frankly, as long as the healy squad is littering the city- and streetscape with signs, they won't have time to stuff the ballot box ... and in the great scheme of things, a stuffed ballot box is worse than a few annoyingly placed signs endorsing healy ...

Odd I thought Healy wanted a low turnout to w in. If you were driving along and saw and large Healy signs on the telephone poles I think it would remind you that today was election day.

If I see a sign on a pole near my polling place on election day I usually take a picture of it and them rip it down.

That include the signs 'leaning' on a fence directly outside the MacNair polling station on 7th and Coles?

Take a picture of it, then remove and destroy it.

Vigilance will win this. Keep at it, troops!

There was a sign taped over an actual advertisment on a bus stop on Columbus downtown. I considered pulling it down but didn't want to look like a vandal or something. Should I just pull it down on my way home? I know for certain that NJ Transit wouldn't be cool with the sign on there. Also noticed signs strapped to several other fences downtown that certainly weren't put there with landlord permission.

yep, on my corner a Healy sign was attached to cover my Fulop-approved sign. I have to cut the cord to remove it.

Yes, I noticed that too - from my short walk from JC DT to the mall and back - tons of Healy signs all of a sudden.

And did I mention that annoying Healy truck that's been blasting nonstop all morning long?

Healy signs have popped up overnight on vacant lots and buildings that are abandoned or under construction. The laundromat in the second photo had a large Fulop banner as of Sunday and now has a fresh Healy sign (the owners are Fulop supporters). Real classy.

We're right near Healy's Cake Lush campaign office. And yet, for the entire campaign season, my block has only had Fulop signs. But this morning, surprise! It looks like all of a sudden everyone's changed their minds. And so strange, that there was a mass change of heart juuust after everyone left for work today...

I should have taken a picture but there are Healy signs all over a fence of an empty lot in Union City. Granted it is close to the border but you would think that they would know where the border is.

I just snapped a pic of a Healy worker putting a sign up on the embankment.
Private property so Illegal, and the owners don't support Healy.

If you want to see some for yourself they are on all of the poles going down Monmouth at Grand. In Spanish with a picture of Healy and Obama.

I'm up in Ward B all day. Ward E people - would you please take them down wherever you can?

Thanks!
