Odd or not I glad they were able to fit the priority in. Plus it says a lot for the task in hand by the force within.

The Port Authority Police -- using a six-officer undercover operation -- caught a 15-year-old Jersey City resident who was stealing smartphones on the PATH, according to officials.

The Port Authority Police noticed a trend of smartphones being stolen on the PATH trains, having two identical incidents in the past two months. After reviewing surveillance footage, police noticed it was the same person conducting both robberies, said Al Della Fave, press officer for the Port Authority.

Della Fave said the police decided to set up an operation to stop the suspect from continuing, so six officers in plain clothes set up spots along the PATH train from Exchange Place to World Trade Center....
